We are Unable to generate TO of DO#81865618. When we create TO, it shows "System cannot find source storage bin".

Understand that sufficient quantity is available in two bins (AB02A & AF13A) to generate the transfer order against given delivery. But for the bin AB02A physical inventory is active. Inventory document number is 6000000219. We are aware that if the inventory is active for a bin both picking and putaway is not possible. So to make the stock available first we need to clear/ write off the
Inventory document in LI20 transaction.
